Absolutely masterfully house-made seitan smoked then cooked in a delicious bbq sauce assembled into sandwich form with coleslaw pickled onions and pickles on Texas toast. This sandwich is not for the faint of heart. It comes to your table and smacks you in the face with fragrant smells that make your mouth instantly water. Then you’re tasked with eating this behemoth (something I never fail to do, but I’m a fat girl). I’m sure this reheats just as the bbq sandwiches of your prevegan days.
