I love Vietnamese food and Vietnamese street kitchen provided such a wonderful take on the original Vietnamese dishes.

I loved the fact that they incorporated a lot of vegetables to the Pho dish and made it more wholesome. The summer roll was an absolute delight as the tofu was marinated!

Fried dumplings? Hard to go wrong with fried dumplings! Tasted incredible!
