Tom Yum Fettuccine al The Garden Club — Recensione di Wong Pei Si 王沛思 (13 mar 2020)

Wanted to check this place out as they are closing. Really lovely setting with their own garden of edible plants. Unfortunately I found the main dishes quite a let down and not worth the price. Portion was too small. I tried a bit of this from @dorra it's not to my taste as I'm not a fan of spicy and sour Tom Yum. Interesting sauce though.

I often use Tom Yum paste as a base for Thai noodle dishes and for coconut soup base.
