U Mian Dry al Xuan Miao Vegan — Recensione di faxue (12 mar 2020)

Serving is huge, with generous amount of green leafy vegetables (苋菜). There is some small mushrooms. The "tofu" is actually mock fishcake. Choice of noodle is the ban mian variety plus kuay teow.
