Carrot and Ribeye Osso Buco al The Sheridan Room — Recensione di gretchens (21 feb 2020)

I thought this Osso Buco was a really inventive and unique dish. The ribeye was from Herbivorous Butcher, and the sauce and potatoes and veggies were savory and delicious. The carrot was even cored and stuffed.
