Review of Supergreen Mushroom Soup at Hua Hin Vegan Cafe & Wine by apchamb

This soup was a nice light dish packed with nutrition and texture! The broth has a nice umami flavor from the mushrooms. I wish they had cooked the chickpeas a bit more but you can hardly find chickpeas in Thailand so I was happy they even had them! #toucan
