Great to see vegan food in Luzern! I was there last summer and found it a bit hard to find!

Karls Kraut

Lentils stew with great potato mash hidden underneath the lentils. I wouldn't serve it with so much arugula as it changes the taste very much but I put it aside and ate is separately and it was good.
