Vegan Breakfast (upon Request)

River Crossing Lodge

Staying at River Crossing Lodge and waking up to the traditional breakfast spread makes for an uncomfortable introverted vegan to step out of her comfort zone and ask if they maybe have hummus... The glazed over look in the waiters eyes made that a definite NO.... so I asked if they can make something along the lines of a vegan plant breakfast. The kitchen ladies were soooo sweet and whipped up this amazing breakfast, so delicious!
