Yam Paste al Eight Treasures — Recensione di Wai Sum (10 feb 2020)

I love the Teochew name of this dish "orh nee" because it sounds exactly like what it is: mashed and gooey taro! Loved this one because it was smooth and rich, but not too sweet. Topped with ginko nuts and creamy coconut milk.
