It was a bit of a hit and miss with this one as some of the cauliflower was burnt and not a lot of flavour however the smoked sauce it was covered in was nice. The ranch sauce there wasn’t much of and I wouldn’t say it tasted much of ranch but the taste was ok.
The dish sits on a bed of lettuce which personally I think baby spinach would be better as the lettuce just becomes a soggy mess and I hate wasting food but I couldn’t eat it.
Overall it was alright but made me feel heavy which is a shame because I was hoping for a healthy feel good meal. The dish was $14.
