Ginger Chicken w Rice 薑絲雞丁飯 al D’Life Signature — Recensione di Shanna (3 feb 2020)

I've never seen ginger fried rice in my life, so it was hard to know what to expect. But I'm glad I ordered!

The fried rice came out well, just nicely dry enough with sufficient moist in the grains. I cant imagine how the ginger flavour was fried into the rice. You clearly know there is ginger but it doesn't scream at you! And garlic always does wonders!
