Japanese Veggie Roll al Tsunami Sushi — Recensione di southernplanteaters (30 gen 2020)

The Japanese Veggie roll at Tsunami is terrific! The roll, which includes pickled dikon, yamagobo (burdock root), kanpyo (pickled gourd), and rice, has a smoky/pickled flavor with a pleasant crunch. The roll itself is a bit small, so consider ordering more than one, especially if sharing. The roll comes standard with the traditional seaweed wrapper. I swapped mine for soy paper for a small upcharge. I think the soy wrapper makes it more difficult to roll, so the appearance isn't that beautiful. Not a deal breaker for me, though.
