Chopsuey Cafe at Dempsey

In Singapore they call this “San Choy Pau” and traditionally it comes with chicken & pork but we #veganized it! Iceberg lettuce cups, sweet corn, Chinese mushrooms, sprouts, sugar snap peas, all coated with a very juicy and sticky sauce! Kind of messy but really tasty!
