Wow. Grilled eggplant and capsicum with fried onions and hummus are a winning combination. The cooked veggies provide that grilled/BBQ vibe without trying to be meat, while the hummus provides a slight bit of body and heft.
Bit spenny for a souv though; $13.90. But honestly? Worth it.
