If you’re looking for your chia seed benefits on the go while satisfying your thirst, this drink is for you. The flavor isn’t overwhelming and the chia seeds don’t get in the way but, if like me you enjoy trying to pop a few chia seeds, you can haha. Happy to have found this product and look forward to trying the other flavors.
