This dish was pretty okay. It was a bit disappointing, not gonna lie. The chickn parm was essentially the exact same thing my dining hall makes (and honestly I think the dining hall version might be better). It’s like the gardein Chickn cutlet thing with some marinara sauce & melted daiya on top basically. I was hoping for a bit more, especially for the price. It also did not even look very appetizing (especially the pasta & sauce), though it did taste pretty good, just wish there was more to this dish, definitely much potential to do better here. (Also like vegan Parmesan exists, maybe add that?)
