Borrelplank al Waku Waku — Recensione di irisvdgraaf (26 dic 2019)

Plate of various plant based snacks with a really nice savory flavour. With delicious Dutch ‘classics’ like bitterballen. My only point of criticism is that the seitan ‘chorizo’ didn’t really taste like chorizo and had a bit of a rubbery texture. Ofcourse the taste is different since its not meat, but the name implies some sort of resemblance. But my friend really liked it, so i guess thats personal. Other than that, really nice dish to share!
