JINYA Ramen Bar - Victory Park

Tofu, spinach, noodles, oils, spices, and some dried onion on top. The flavor seemed a bit monotonous by the time I got a few bites in. Would have liked this better if there had been more veggies and whole grain noodles. 
That said, I really liked the many vegan options at this venue!
