Excellent balsamic sauce. You can taste the balsamic but it doesn’t overpower the dish. Vegetables were cooked just enough. Still a little al dente. I like the lemon slices they sautéed with the veggies.
I was impressed by their huge vegan menu, the vegan marketing, and their staff who all seemed to take veganism very seriously.
