Vegan Village Tofu Burger al Field of Greens — Recensione di Steven Neoh (22 dic 2019)

Although the bun was a bit tough and overdone, I rather enjoyed this burger. It had a slab of grilled tofu and then two further sheets of fried bean curd, which were exquisite. Lots of greens here, and a generous helping of guacamole. The ingredients list looked suspiciously eclectic at first, but I'd say overall it worked as a combination.
