Cheeseburger with a mac and cheese croquette? Sounds great but a little too much in practice, feel like the vegan cheese was a little too subdued. Although breaded and fried, the croquette of creamy, mild flavoured mass of softness ruined the composition of the burger for me.

These guys are great though. If you want some cheeky American diner food, their menu has a bunch of vegan alternatives.
