This would be so much better with the zest of the limes added to the mix. It needs a little more topping

Coconut Key Lime Pie

I was ridiculously excited about this and it pretty much lived up to expectations, though I think I would have preferred to eat it frozen solid as the coconut cream got a little too mushy, but the tart key lime filling was perfect.

Also the instructions are a lie, do not microwave you will end up with a puddle of mush.
