Barcook believes in quality and freshness which are the key ingredients in our bread. That is the reason why our bread is freshly-baked using the finest ingredients and are usually available ‘still warm’ from the oven all day.

Texture was chewier than usual wheat buns, but that was alright with me
Fillings were good, but was a little sparse
Good for a quick snack 

I also had the truffle mushroom:
the only downside was that it felt greasy. I was eating it with a napkin and it soaked through. Im not sure if it’s due to the fact it was a GF bun, or they added a little too much truffle oil
