This bowl has thick round rice noodles, shredded bean curd, spinach, kale, cucumber, pickled carrot/daikon, mung beans, crispy shallots, mint, roasted peanuts, coconut flakes, and a creamy toasted coconut sauce & lemon vegan “fish” sauce. Full of flavours and textures that really work well together! A huge portion that’s super satisfying.
