Avocado Hollandaise Eggs al Matcha Mylkbar — Recensione di Emma Hakansson (18 ago 2019)

I love these. The ‘eggs’ white is made from coconut milk and some other things which are set into the dome shape. The yolk part is a purée of some spices, tumeric, sweet potato and other things.
Konjac bacon, English muffin, avocado hollandaise sauce and spinach.
Not cheap but every now and then v v worth it. Yum. #alv
