Review of Padang Rice at Loka Padang by firtualog
As a Padang, I'm quite upset bc both sambal and rendang weren't spicy at all but I could understand how they still try to target Int'l pb eater. The dendeng (crispy mushroom) w/o the sambal balado was well-seasoned and its grilled tempeh was really good (the fact they'll grill them in order is a plus!), while the rendang was just okay. And the sayur was just like many other daun singkong and I prefer them over the gulai ubi tumbuk although I did try and it tasted just the same as when I would get them in Padang resto. *ps: got them in Foodhall GI #jaan
