A tasty salad although somewhat stingy with the toppings and dressing. The rosemary and orange dressing sounded promising but landed a little lower than expected, not delivering a kick of flavour but still pleasant to eat. Despite the scant amount of ingredients other than lettuce and spinach, the nuts, fruits and pumpkins worked together nicely.
