Vegan Burger al Peñarrubia Lounge — Recensione di thefoodiecorner (8 ago 2019)

This is a vegan burger with a vegetable patty, guacamole, tofu cheese and vegan mayo. The patty is supposed to be hand made but there is no way that is true. It was gooey inside and tasted like a bad quality frozen one, completely uninteresting. Taste-wise the tofu cheese and mayo were non existent and the guacamole got lost in everything else. It wasn’t inedible, if you are hungry, but you would be better off asking them to make a sandwich with tomato and avocado (not on the menu so not sure it’s possible). Also, burgers should always be served with chips (fries) whether they have meat or not. This was served with some ok mixed greens salad. Cost was 11 euros, too much for this quality.
