Review of Vietnamese Fragrant Claypot Rice at Indochine Vegan by sgrande
Descriptions: Crispy rice with soy protein, organic tofu, shiitake mushroom, black fungus, napa cabbage and vermicelli. If you're new to this restaurant, I highly recommend this dish as it is one of their most unique dishes, and it is incredibly delicious. The spices and flavor are so good (I taste 5 spice), and the ingredients all work together beautifully. Indochine is definitely one of my favorite vegan spots in the country.
