I was looking for somewhere close to eat near Osaka Station the other day. When I came across this beauty. It was at a Ramen shop. The ramen shop is on the 8th floor right next to the station. There is even a bridge that connects the two. The vegan ramen was very good. The broth is very light. Similar to a salt broth. And they put in a lot vegetables and noodles. They had avocado, lottus root, leeks, carrots, okra, tomatoes, and more in the soup. It was very tasty. On the side they also had vegetable gyoza. I believe they were filled with spinach, but I'm not a hundred percent sure. One thing to note is that they do serve normal ramen here too. So, just be careful when you are ordering. Though it is nice to have a place that my non vegan friends and I can both eat at. Would eat here again.
