A delicious authentically Italian stuffed shells made vegan! Creamy cashew cheese and delicately flavored tomato sauce and fresh basil, along with perfectly cooked broccoli. I have been to Seabirds many times and this is always my favorite dish! (Don’t miss the vegan doughnut place next door!)
