I’m very upset. Blaze used to carry a GF vegan crust. They changed to a cauliflower crust with dairy cheese in it and didn’t tell me until after I had ordered and eaten some! I’m furious and annoyed that a chain that claims to be allergy friendly would put dairy in their GF crust! The gluten crusts don’t have dairy!!!

Blaze Pizza is a Pasadena, California–based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel in 2011. The chain's first location was opened in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain serves made-to-order pizzas, with a choice of various sauces and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of three minutes.
