Vegan Ramen Soup al Ramen 9000 — Recensione di veganthropist (10 mag 2019)

I absolutely love ramen soup but it is hard to find a vegan option as many stocks are either meat based or have fish sauce added.
This place is a little gem. It offers seasonal vegan ramen soups. Options are available fall through spring but not during the summer as of early May.
You can choose a stock option, protein (tofu for vegan), and veggies. The soups are absolutely delicious and a regular for our family since we have discovered the place.
