Shoyu Ramen al Tane Vegan Izakaya — Recensione di bandita (28 apr 2019)

This is one of the better vegan ramen's I've had here in HI (not the best, but safe to say, 2nd best). The broth was very rich in flavor. Nothing bland or boring about it. I don't even remember all that's in it, but one thing that really stood out was the smoked tofu. Very unique flavor and full-filling too. I was able to enjoy leftovers the next morning, and it was still very good (I put the broth in a separate container so that the noodles wouldn't get soggy). I may or may not get this again someday, but not before trying out their other two options.
