Duck Special al Qiao Cuisine — Recensione di naenae (13 apr 2019)

This dish was beautifully presented on a duck platter plate but it was so unexpected. The layer of the duck fat was made of yam and it was all squishy and bland. The bottom part was firmer and tasted okay. It came with an okayish tomato sauce but it was a miss overall.
