Nice appetising colours. Strong flavours – dominated by the cheese and mushrooms more than anything. Nice chunky mushrooms and pastry was crisp and buttery

Tip: As it is served after being heated in the oven, letting the quiche cool over a serviette will make the crust crisp rather than soggy.
