Got served this dish for breakfast. Hash brown, Scrambled Veggie Tofu, Green beans & tomato with bread & margarine. The creamer is dairy based so I didn’t eat that. But I did see the bread was different from the one that was served to the others. It needed Salt & Pepper which I asked for & got separately from the crew. The texture of the tofu was initially off putting but I put it in the bread with the hash brown and it tasted great.
