“A flavor explosion of Gumbo & Jambalaya topped with spicy veggie sausage, fresh green onions, crunchy red cabbage, and spicy house sauce.” If you can’t decide to go gumbo or jumbalaya, go jumbo. Still I am miffed that’s Field Roast sausage versus housemade. But this is a dish you should try on your first trip. #animalplace
