The Tom Yum Pumpkin Fettuccine is a fusion of flavors that combines fresh, roasted pumpkin with al dente fettuccine. The creamy, spicy broth is infused with aromatic Thai herbs, while the cucumber curls add a refreshing crunch to balance out the heat. Some customers have reported that the dish is unique and delicious, leaving them craving more.

Pumpkin and curry is a safe, tried and tested combination. The sauce had the requisite balance of sweet, sour and spicy Thai flavours, and was sufficiently thick to coat the pasta well. Overall it was an enjoyable dish with a medley of contrasting textures - chewy pasta, creamy tender pumpkin and crunchy cucumber and baby corn. However, after a while the spice can be numbing on the palate. (SGD $16 ala carte).
