I was so amazed to find this #ramen at #changiairport at one of my favorite ramen places #ippudo. What was even more interesting is that they have 🌱 noodles! Had a lot of great veggies including bell peppers, mushrooms, spring onion and rocket in a perfectly light miso broth.

Oh wow i cant wait to try this!
I was told the noodles aren’t vegan & contain egg. But it’s 3 different answers from 3 different people. The yellow noodles I know are egg noodles but the white one I don’t think have egg but they insist it does. 🤷🏽♀️
I was just there and no more vegan noodles
