Shaanxi Cold Noodle Salad al Nectar — Recensione di Miranda Zhang (25 lug 2018)

This is a smorgasbord of refreshing flavours and interesting textures. The highlights for me were the flat, bumpy noodles - fun! - and the bean curd, which added a splash of protein. Not terribly flavourful but everything mixed together well to create a light but tasty impression.
