Paper co is located inside ecclesia. Their coffee is one of the only fair trade in the city. Although not exclusively vegan, you will come up on some vegan finds like the sinfull bakery goods sold there. You can also subsitute beverage addons for dairy free and occasionally theyll serve a vegan dish. Love them and love ecclesia.
