Maui's only vegan restaurant is spectacular - and this is my favorite dish here so far. Slightly breakfast-y, slightly Mexican-y (thanks to salsa and rice), and *completely* tasty and satisfying, the Tofu Scramble Bowl is great at any time of day. Highly recommended!
