This was really nice- Simple,tasty, flavourful & not too oily. Very generous with the #lionmane #mushroom. There’s also yellow & green #capsicum n thinly sliced #ginger . It’s not too oily even tho they fried the mushroom first, light taste of the #sesameoil and just satisfying in general.

Simple dish. #softtofu & #mockmeat cooked in a mildly spiced gravy. Generous with the tofu n meat. Thrs some thinly sliced #carrots as well. I was expecting more #thaibasil tho, since they call this dish #basil #tofu Had this with #brownrice for a simple yet satisfying lunch.

Decided to try the Nyonya version of this dish,i usually have the #caipo version of this #petai #tofu dish. Comes with crunchy mock meat i think its mock pork. Its the dry sambal version. The #sambal itself wasn’t fantastic but not too shabby either,not too sweet too. They are very generous with the portion of petai n ‘meat’ in this dish.

The curry fish head portion is very big. I think only 1 size type cost only $19.00. It is really value for money. The gravy is thick and comes with vegetables like potatoes, carrot, lady fingers.. It is not too spicy and family who is not vegetarian fan also fall for it. Thumbs up. Well recommended

Tasted soo good and so close to the actual Penang laksa. This shop has a lot of those mock meat dishes. But food taste wise, really nice. And a trick I've learnt-request for no MSG. They tend to use it in their dishes, something I've learnt after being severely dehydrated eating there on various occasions. This Penang laksa was sooo good tho.

I love yam ring. It is like a special ocassion food that you have during birthdays and family gatherings. It is hard to find this in a vegan version, so I am very appreciative when I can find one. The yam ring is very fulfulling as it creamy and not too oily. The fillings in the ring included soy meat, capsicum, cucumber, pineapple and cashew nuts. You can just imagine how awesome the experience of eating this would be - a combination of creamy, soft and crunch. The flavour is a beautiful sweet, sour and savoury. Even a take-away in my container does not diminish the presentation and taste. #yamring #yam #specialevent #firstdishreview

This dish has great wok hey. I bought this as a takeaway with my own container. The veg is well cooked, so it is crunchy and not too soft. The long beans still look freshly green, which is proof that it is al dente. The dish is fragrant. The spice of this dish is average and can go up one more notch. The proportion is generous. When I picked this from the menu, I was expecting fried bee hoon with tom yam flavour, just like Old Chang Kee's dry laksa bee hoon. However, this one came wet as in stir-fried rather than fried so I was not too satisfied. The Tom Yam flavour was ok but overall it was kind of bland for me.. But for those who like this healthier choice, go for it..
