What a decadent treat! WCC always has a great variety of vegan pastries. Some are gluten-free, like this. And WCC is a great casual hangout for both visitors and residents, with friendly staff. It’s located equidistant between my home and office. So, I’m here about eight times a week. 😂 🍩#MauiVegan

Wailuku Coffee Company has the friendliest baristas! Who doesn’t love and need a little inspirational note on a Monday morning? 🥰 WCC was one of the first places anywhere to stop upcharging for non-dairy milk. And they offer a great variety, including soy, oat, almond, and macadamia nut. The foam is always just right. 💯 If you stop by within the next week or two, please consider brining an unwrapped gift for their annual toy drive. 🎅 #mauivegan

This amazing sandwich has been a lunch special for the past week or so. I hope it’s been so popular that it’ll become a permanent fixture on the menu. WCC always does a great job with pita, both on regular items and specials. #MauiVegan

What a skilled barista artist! The heart stays intact even as I get halfway through the drink. ❤️ One great thing about Wailuku Coffee Company is that there’s never an upcharge for non-dairy milk. And I wanted to offer a shoutout for soy milk. It’s loaded with protein. It’s more environmentally friendly than cow’s milk. And, most important, it’s less cruel than cow’s milk. This drink provided a tasty way to start the work week. #MauiVegan

I love the extra little touches on the vegan pastries at WCC. For example, the walnuts added to this pumpkin doughnut provided the perfect accent. And, yes, when the calendar turns to autumn in the northern hemisphere, I’m one of those who fancies all things pumpkin. So get ready for more on this theme! 😁 🎃 #mauivegan

So lucky to be able to walk around Downtown Wailuku under puffy white clouds and cool tradewinds—and, best of all, end up at locally owned Wailuku Coffee Company for a decadent vegan pastry. This crumb cake doesn’t skimp on the berries, though I did neglect to notice which three are used. There’s definitely strawberry, but I’m not sure on the other two. Ya know how some products will be advertised as having peanut butter flavor, but you when you try it, the flavor is barely noticeable? It’s the opposite with this cookie! It’s absolutely loaded with peanuts! I wish we had smell-o-vision because the peanut butter aroma is so vibrant! #MauiVegan 🧈 🍪 🤙 🌱
