Mini Avocado Slice 🥑: toasted four-grain bread with fresh #avocado cream, #bruschetta spice mix, #arugula, roasted #pinenuts, balsamic vinegar, garnished with garlic cress and vegan #parmesan. So good! Mini Smashed Veta Toast 🧀: Toasted white bread with fresh apple-pear #compote, Lollo Bionda and #Veta-cheese, fresh pear-apple pieces, garnished with fresh red onion rings, pomegranate seeds, almond slivers and basil pesto. Need I say more? Divine Mini Vegan Scrambled Eggs 🍳: A very well seasoned #scrambledtofu with fresh chives. tried the "klassiker" which is scrambled tofu, 4 sclices of bread, 2 spreads of choice, a small salad and some tomatoes. Was very tasty (especially the spreads:)). only thing to criticise: scrambled tofu had a bit too much liquid but that was okey, too. i payed 12,90€ (summer 2023) #veganbreakfast #breakfast #alldaybreakfast #supportyourlocalbusinesses #vegangermany

The „Probierplatte“ offers you a variety of vegan „mini“ dishes. Included were an avocado slice, a smashed veta toast, vegan scrambled eggs, patatas bravas with sriracha mayo, a small fruitsalad, and 4 white velvet blueberry pancakes with cream. The bread was a bit dry, otherwise very tasty and the amount was definitely sufficient. This dish was 13,90€. I like that this restaurant strictly offers vegan food options.
