The problem with eating vegan in NYC was not finding options, but rather - narrowing down the many many vegan options available. Vegan On The Fly was right on the way to the Broadway show I was heading towards, so it was a natural fit to try out.
Everything on the menu looked amazing! I opted for the salad, with vegan chicken added. It was a delicious salad, and I am pretty sure the chicken was house-made since it didn't remind me of any other off-the-shelf product that I've tried.
The pricing was reasonable given the location. Great job! 🥗
