🇯🇵Bento made with love. Reminds me of the manga scenes~ 🍄I must say the grilled mushroom is the star. Shitake must have been treated with care to not have the musky mushroom taste, but retain the umami flavour. Grilling really pushed the marinade flavour into the mushroom as well~ 🥬Complimented with their also taste tofu edamame, and a side of seasonal veg. Love the lotus root! 🍘All on top of mixed grain rice. kore wa hontoni oishii desu!! This was really delicious!! It hits all the spots and comes with a wholesome, heartwarming broth The boss is really friendly and kindly made this off-physical menu item! Love that it had more daikon and potato and konjac rather than the more processed fishcake, and that they use the thin udon noodles~ #veganisnotscary #odenlover

This seafood noodle dish is the most unique Japanese dish I’ve tried. I don’t remember what seafood tastes like but the “scallops”, “squid” and “shrimp” in the bowl are probably very close my memory of the real sea animals.

👍🏻Super tasty tofu side dish to accompany whatever dishes you might be having. 🫛It's so intriguing to me that some thought to stuff edamade in minced tofu. The tofu texture is kind of like... Somewhat dense.
