So good! This was an option on the drag brunch menu and it was awesome. The guac was perfect and they used #theherbivorousbutcher sausage. Loved it!

Definitely not original but, the dish was satisfyingly classic. Not many choices at the rooftop for dinner but glad this was available (and an impossible burger). Veggies were all cooked well, sauce was nice, fancier presentation.

I had this dish at a drag brunch. The potatoes were really good and the tofu was cooked well. The sauce seemed to be a weird consistency but still tasted great!!

They didn’t have the tofu scramble option but the chef was nice enough to doctor up some good old hash browns! Sautéed spinach, onion and tomato atop a crispy golden potato pancake, soo good!
