I liked how creative their vegan burgers were: this one was packed with great ingredients. A sweet BBQ sauce, a crunch of cole slaw, and a punch of jalapeño and salsa! The Impossible patty was seasoned with a sweet and smoky barbeque sauce, topped with coleslaw and jalapenos. This burger was definitely way more unique than the last one, and it was AMAZING. Kienna Qin36 recensioniNow, I’ve already had the Impossible burger many times, but there’s just something about the way Umami Burger makes their burgers that goes above and beyond my expectation every time. I loved how the burger patty was crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside - honestly, I consider the impossible burger some kind of vegan sorcery since it tastes so similar to meat. Not to mention, the vegan truffle cheese I substituted in was sooo good.
